Requirements
Lead development efforts, perform code reviews, and ensure junior developer code is up to best practices and Salesforce standards;
Architect new solutions/enhancements related to Salesforce and integrated systems;
Perform architecture reviews to ensure system integrity and alignment with business goals;
Lead requirement gathering meetings to understand client needs and project scope;
Conduct system presentations to stakeholders, demonstrating system capabilities and benefits;
Oversee user acceptance testing and training to ensure successful system implementation;
Guide Salesforce configurations for clients, ensuring optimal use of the platform;
Interpret application and system architecture to provide strategic insights;
Assess modifications and advise on strategies to convert these into technological solutions; and Counsel on project parameters such as scope, objectives, milestones, effort, and resources necessary for successful project roll-out.
Requires a Bachelor’s or foreign degree equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
Requires 4 years’ experience in the job offered or working with Salesforce.
Requires experience with: Salesforce architecture review, design, development, and DevOps;
Salesforce Development in Sales and Service Cloud; Revenue Cloud; B2B Commerce and ExperienceCloud; Salesforce Identity and Access Management; and IPaaS platforms.
Up to 20% domestic travel required and up to 5% international travel to Canada, Europe and India. 100% telecommuting permitted.
